The artist peeled off my skin as a metaphor for taking of white masks. Asians appreciate their white skins a lot, but Asian should be confident in their ethnicity. Peeling off the white mask is to show the inner confidence to be an Asian.

This performance is a part of the installation No Food, No Honey. The interpretation of this performance can be addressed from three perspectives – politics, feminism and religion.
